These are suggestions, not guided tours. Helmets are provided and must be worn, riders must be 18 or older with valid ID, and local traffic rules apply. See all routes or request a rental.
Before you ride
A refundable deposit from 1,500 UAH is held separately from the rental fee. An optional damage waiver is quoted before you submit a request.

Pickups
We hand over scooters and e-bikes only at the counters listed below. Walking minutes are counted from the nearest metro exit or tram stop, and every counter is staffed during the hours shown.
How it works
Requests are handled in order. You pick the point and the hours, we confirm availability and the deposit, then you sign the agreement at the counter before the bike leaves the stand.
Choose a listed Kyiv or Lviv address and an hourly or daily window. Walking minutes from the nearest landmark are shown on each pickup so you can plan the walk before you leave.
The estimate shows the rental fee and the refundable deposit as separate lines, plus any optional waiver or service fee. Nothing is charged until we confirm the vehicle and the time slot by email or phone.
Bring your ID or passport. Riders must be 18 or older, and certain vehicle classes require a valid driver's licence by law. A helmet and lock come with the rental, and the route you chose is handed over on paper.
Rider requirements
Checked at pickup in Kyiv and Lviv
Short answers to the questions we hear at the counter. If something is still unclear, send a request and we will confirm it against your chosen vehicle class.
Riders must be 18 or older. Bring the original ID card or passport you used in the request, not a photo on a phone. The name on the document must match the booking.
It depends on the class. Lower-speed e-bikes usually need ID only, while faster scooter classes may require a valid licence under local law. We tell you which document applies when your vehicle is confirmed.
A helmet and lock come with every rental at no extra charge. Wear the helmet where local rules require it, keep to bike lanes or permitted roads, and stay off sidewalks and pedestrian zones.
The refundable deposit is shown separately from the rental fee, together with any optional damage waiver, before you submit a request. The deposit is released after the vehicle is returned and checked.
Report damage at the pickup point so we can record it with you. Repair costs are assessed against the rental agreement, and late returns can add another rental period to the total. Tell us early if a route is running long.
Yes. Hourly and daily rates are both available, and extensions are possible when the vehicle is free. Message the pickup point before your return time so the extra period can be added correctly.
Full conditions sit in the rental agreement. For a specific vehicle class, send a rental request and we will confirm requirements, or read the rental requirements first.
