Terms of Service
1. Scope
These Terms govern use of krezovia.com and its rental booking requests. Registration follows Law of Ukraine "On State Registration of Legal Entities, Individual Entrepreneurs and Public Associations" No. 755-IV of 15.05.2003; the site operates under Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015.
2. Booking requests
The form is a request only; the rental contract arises when we confirm availability in writing. Before you send a request we display hourly and daily price, included equipment, age and helmet rules, deposit, damage charges, pickup locations and cancellation terms.
3. Prices, fees and deposit
Prices are in UAH and include applicable taxes. A refundable deposit may apply and is returned after equipment check-in. Damage, late-return and loss charges are disclosed before confirmation, subject to the Civil Code of Ukraine No. 435-IV of 16.01.2003 and Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
4. Operational limits
Riders must meet the stated age limit, wear a helmet, follow traffic rules and use equipment only in permitted areas and hours. We may refuse or end a rental for unsafe use.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation windows and refund amounts are shown before confirmation. Refunds go to the original payment method within the stated period.
6. Complaints and disputes
Write to contact@krezovia.com or call +380 937 680 1863; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection under Law No. 1023-XII of 12.05.1991.
7. Personal data and cookies
We process data under Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 2297-VI of 01.06.2010 and Law No. 675-VIII. Non-essential cookies require consent, as set out in our Privacy and Cookie notices.
8. Language and advertising
Legal information is published in Ukrainian under Law of Ukraine "On Ensuring the Functioning of Ukrainian as the State Language" No. 2704-VIII of 25.04.2019; this English text is an additional translation. Claims follow Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996.
