2. Age, ID and riding
Riders must be 18+ with original ID; a licence of the required category where traffic rules demand it. Helmets are mandatory; one is included. Obey traffic rules, ride only in permitted areas and carry no passenger unless the vehicle seats two.
3. Pickup and hours
Main pickup point: 12 Khreshchatyk St, Kyiv, daily 09:00–20:00; other points and hours at booking. Late returns are charged at the hourly rate.
4. Price, deposit and liability
Prices, included equipment and deposit are shown before booking; deposit refunded after inspection. You are liable for damage, loss, theft and fines. Insurance excludes riding under influence, no helmet, unauthorised riders, off-road or stunt use.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before start; later cancellations forfeit the first day. Refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method.
6. Complaints
Complaints: contact@krezovia.com, reply within 10 business days. Disputes may be raised with the Державна служба України з питань безпечності харчових продуктів та захисту споживачів (Закон України «Про захист прав споживачів» від 12.05.1991 № 1023-XII).
7. Data, cookies and language
We are data controller under Закон України «Про захист персональних даних» від 01.06.2010 № 2297-VI; non-essential cookies need consent. The Ukrainian version prevails (Закон України «Про забезпечення функціонування української мови як державної» від 25.04.2019 № 2704-VIII).
