Before you confirm
A booking becomes binding only after you accept the public offer (rental terms), the privacy policy, the rental rules on deposit, damage and liability, and the cancellation and refund terms. All of these are published on this website before checkout or booking.

Complaints and disputes
Send a complaint to contact@krezovia.com or call +380 937 680 1863. We reply in writing within the period set by Ukrainian consumer protection law. You may also apply to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
