Send your pickup point, date, duration, vehicle type and rider details in the request form. We check availability at the Kyiv and Lviv pickup locations and reply with a confirmed quote.

Response time
Requests sent on working days are answered within one working day. Weekend requests are picked up on the next working morning.
Deposit
The refundable deposit is quoted as its own line, separate from the rental fee, along with any optional waiver, before you confirm anything.

Pickup points, phone and support hours

Two Kyiv pickup locations and one in Lviv. Helmets and locks are included, and every rental returns to the same point unless we agree otherwise in writing before pickup.

  • Lviv, Halytskyi district Pickup point by Rynok Square, confirmed by email before your ride 4 min on foot from the market square

Riders must be 18 or older with a valid ID or passport. Read the rider requirements before pickup, including licence rules for certain vehicle classes.

Rider requirements and deposit

Five checks to clear before your request lands with us. Pricing always shows the rental fee and the refundable deposit as separate lines, so you know what is returned after the ride.

  1. Age 18 or older

    All riders must be adults. We do not rent to minors, and no child seats or passenger rides are offered on e-bikes or scooters.

  2. Valid ID or passport

    Bring the original document to the pickup point in Kyiv or Lviv. A photo on your phone is not enough for handover.

  3. Driver licence where required

    Some vehicle classes need a valid driver's licence by law. Tell us the class you want and we confirm the document before you arrive.

  4. Helmet included and worn

    A helmet and lock come with every rental and must be worn where local rules require it. Ride on bike lanes or permitted roads only, never on sidewalks or pedestrian zones.

  5. Refundable deposit

    The deposit is returned in full when the vehicle comes back in the same condition. Any optional waiver or service fee appears in your estimate before you submit.
